Re: Bug#148470: FTBFS: Build failure of debian-reference on i386

Thank you for your bug report.

Message to the tetex people who was CCed:

I can assure you that this is not issue with tetex. If I dare to
complain, debian package uses relatively small pool size etc. as
default values which I could have avoided.

Junichi, I consider package situation as follows.

Known issues:
 1) package type: any->all            (Serious: Bug#148113)
 2) Needs to use: build-depends-indep (Normal: Bug#148113)
 3) Makefile makes bogus symlink (Serious: Bug#148362)
 4) tetex needs package specific environment. (Minor: relates to Bug#148113)

I think you are pointing out issues with first 3 issues, please upgrade
to Serious. I consider 4) to be minor since this is "All" package (Just
documents). If I solve 1-3 issues, you will not be testing this with
pbuilder, I think :)

If you are thinking building all document package ("All" not "i386")
with pbuilder and package which fails in your chroot environment to be
"Serious" at this moment, I disagree.

Anyway, let me fix really serious issues before discussing this
interesting topics of Serious/Normal bug level. By then I may have
fixed these too :)
