Bug#111561: tetex-extra: adding "extsizes"

Nicolas,

Unfortunately, the licensing status of the extsizes package is
unclear. CTAN lists it as being licensed under the LaTeX Project
Public License, but not all the files state that they can be
distributed under those conditions.

If you're interested in seeing extsizes as part of Debian's teTeX
packages, I suggest that you contact its author to have him make
the licensing conditions more clear and upload a new version to
CTAN.

Once that's done, we (or you) can talk to Thomas Esser about
adding the package to his upstream teTeX source, after which it
would appear in Debian's tetex-extra package.

Thanks for your interest and assistance.

   CMC
