Bug#100107: tetex-extra: algorithms.dvi.gz describes algorithm and algorithmic

In my opinion, this isn't really a bug, but a poor choice of title
on the part of the author.

Note that the database used by texdoctk references the correct
document (under ``Verbatim and code printing''.

In any case, this isn't going to be a problem for much longer,
because the author is incommunicado, and Debian is not allowed to
distribute this package with the current copyright and (lack of)
distribution conditions in the files. It will probably be dropped
from upstream teTeX as well.
