czech support for plain, latex and pdftex

Hello
 I miss quite long time support of czech language in debian packages for tex.
 Source codes for csplain (czech plain) and cslatex are located 
 on www.cstug.cz (czechoslovak tex users group).
 There are also rpm packages (also source rpm) for redhat in which csplain, 
 cslatex and cspdftex works. They are located there
        ftp://math.feld.cvut.cz/olsak/cstex/tetex-rpm/
 
 Now i have to mix them with debian packages.
