Okay, I did in this way.

Sound reasonable. But never think of TEXMFOLDOLDLOCAL ;-)

It seems tetex-base should create /usr/local/share/texmf

And I just cvs committed the revised version, hopefully
uploadable.

But when I tried to cvs-buildpackage I got an error;

civic:~/misc/pack/teTeX/tetex-bin-1.0.7+20011202$ cvs-buildpackage -F -rfakeroot
Password:
 fakeroot /bin/rm -rf /common/pack/debian-jp/tetex-bin/tetex-bin-1.0.7+20011202 /common/pack/debian-jp/tetex-bin/tetex-bin-1.0.7+20011202.orig
 cvs rtag -d debian_version_1_0_7_20011202-5_1 tetex-bin
(worked fine)
 cvs tag -F debian_version_1_0_7_20011202-5_1
Password:
cvs server: Tagging .
(worked fine)
 cvs -q export -d tetex-bin-1.0.7+20011202 -r debian_version_1_0_7_20011202-5_1 tetex-bin
Password: ***********
cvs [export aborted]: cannot write /cvs/tetex/CVSROOT/val-tags: Permission denied

What's wrong with me??? It seemd tagging worked...

Best regards,			  2002.3.16
