mozilla mathml needs tetex-extra fonts

     Takuo Kitame, the mozilla maintainer, has asked me to
reassign my bug report 138394, mozilla 0.9.9 needs mathml fonts,
to the tetex-extra package. The new mathml feature in mozilla
requires fonts from /usr/share/texmf/fonts/type1/bluesky/cm
to be accessible for pages like...

http://www.mozilla.org/projects/mathml/start.xml

...to display properly. Unfortunately the current packaging 
of tetex-extra in sid doesn't provide a fonts.dir in the
/usr/share/texmf/fonts/type1/bluesky/cm font directory.
We either need to run type1inst in that directory before
packaging tetex-extra or have the tetex-extra postinst
script run it. The second approach is messier as it requires
tetex-extra to depend on type1inst being installed.
