Hi,

this file is only one byte long:

  /usr/share/doc/texmf/help/Catalogue/entries/psnfss.html

whereas all other files in the same directory are correct XML/HTML
files.

Those lack a correct HTML header:

/usr/share/doc/texmf/help/ctan/index.html
/usr/share/doc/texmf/help/faq/index.html
