> When using both \usepackage{minitoc} and \usepackage{tocbibind}, the minitoc of the firts chapter is left empty, the minitoc of the 2nd chapter is the minitoc of the 1st chapter, and so on:

If possible, please show us a concrete (simple and short) example
file which causes the error.

BTW, I haven't used minitoc yet so I am not sure but
minitoc-ex.tex (sample file) seems to generate strangely

Is this right behavior?
