Package: jadetex
Version: 2.7-2

When using jadetex to process jade-generated tex code using the
docbook-stylesheets (version 1.49-1), it is possible to generate code that
requires fonts that were not installed. JadeTeX did not require me to install
ghostscript or the gsfonts package, so currently I can generate .dvi files
that cannot be viewed.

Transcript:

jade -t tex -V tex-backend \
        -d /usr/lib/sgml/stylesheet/dsssl/docbook/nwalsh/print/docbook.dsl \
        /usr/lib/sgml/declaration/xml.dcl proposal.xml

jadetex proposal.xml
    .
    .
    .
xdvi proposal.dvi

Premature end of file
grep: ptmri8r.log: No such file or directory
mktexpk: `gsftopk ptmri8r 600' failed to make ptmri8r.600pk.
xdvi.bin: Can't find font ptmri8r.600pk
Character(s) will be left blank.

Perhaps this is a problem with gs, in that it should require gsfonts. As
such, redirecting this to gs would also solve this issue.
