Bug#83711: please add Conflicts: with csplain, cslatex and cstexfonts

Hi,
as cstex was finaly merged with tetex, there is now a file conflict.
The cs* packages have been removed from ftp-master and tetex-base
needs to Conflict with csplain, cslatex and cstexfonts and also probably
