Bug#123989: tetex-extra: Missing /usr/share/texmf/tex/latex/titlesec/ttlps.def

Dear Maintainer,

titlesec pagestyles are not working without this file, so please include it
in the distribution! Please also add a warning message at the package install
script that \usepackage{titlesec} MUST be updated to include an extra option:
\usepackage[pagestyles]{titlesec} if it is used. 

I have tried the previous version of tetex-extra, where this option caused
an error message and the LaTeX file cannot be compiled. So it is an 
incompatible change, which makes the maintenance of LaTeX sources quite
cumbersome...

I also had problems with the graphicx package, where the \includegraphics
command did not work:

For EPS pictures it has produced the following error message:
	[1]
	! Number too big.
	<argument> -2147483648

For PNG pictures (pdflatex) it ended with the following message:
	[1{/usr/share/texmf/dvips/config/pdftex.map}]libpng error: Read Error

	Error: pdflatex (file ocr-simple-client.png): libpng: internal error

Please let me know when will this package fixed, or at least where can
I find the previous version of tetex-extra package on any debian mirror??!!?
