Bug#100126: Bugs 100126 100836 101203 101540: missing xdvi.bin

The solution of the problem is not as easy as patching xdvi to call
xdvi.real because auf update-alternatives.

Can you please verify some things for me to find out about the
problem: 

Please run:

	update-alternatives --display xdvi.bin

	ls -l /etc/alternatives/xdvi.bin /usr/bin/xdvi* /usr/X11R6/bin/xdvi* 

Also please telle me if you made a new install or if you did an
upgrade from a previous (which?) version .

This is what should have happened:

old-prerm should have removed the alternatives in X11R6/bin and
new-postinst should have installed new alternatives in bin.
