Package: tetex-base
Version: 1.0.2+20000804-1
Severity: normal

I've just recently started using LaTeX myself, so I'm not sure if I'm
quoting from old information or not, but as far as I can tell,
the letterspace.sty package is not present anywhere in the tetex
packages.

I'm trying to do a fairly simple:

  \letterspace to \linewidth{$\cdot$ NEW YORK %
                             $\cdot$ LONDON %
                             $\cdot$ PARIS %
                             $\cdot$ %
                            }

for a title page for a brochure. Am I doing it the wrong way, or is
letterspace.sty supposed to be there?

It appears as though letterspace.sty hasn't been in the tetex packages
for a while, perhaps it's been deprecated, in which case this bug report
is just an exercise of foot in mouth :)
