I get this problem too when Cryillic is enabled, but since this file
in tetex-extra, not in JadeTeX, I don't think this is a JadeTeX bug.
teTeX maintainer, please let me know if I am wrong and I will gladly
fix this problem and reassign the bug back to myself.
