Bug#67780: foils.cls is gone from tetex

Well I heard that 'foils' is removed from the original teTeX
source tree so this might be not a bug at all.

And I packaged 'foiltex' but because I am not a developer yet
so I can not upload it to Debian.  I am seeking a sponsor now.

If you think 'foiltex' is necessary for Debian then please
request a sponsor of foiltex for me in debian-devel mailing 
list ;-)
