Bug#66743: Which version of nextaw do you use?

But people might still have an old version installed. And even a
complete upgrade to woody doesn't automatically upgrade nextawg because
it's new name is nextaw. To avoid any problems with old versions of
nextaw(g) it's the best for us to let tetex-bin conflict with these old
versions.
