I guess you don't have more details? If you do, you might want to file that information against kde-baseapps.
- Were there any problems with the system after upgrading? Massive lags when using X/wayland, apt was slow to unpack files while X was open, felt like IO was "blocked". Rollling back from Kernel 6.1 to 5.10 fixed the issue
Have you tried later kernels after this? If you have experienced more issues, it makes sense to reassign this bug to src:linux. They will probably ask more questions.
