- Were there any non-Debian packages installed before the upgrade? If
so, what were they? Yes, but unknown.
- Was the system pre-update a pure sarge system? If not, which packages
were not from sarge? It was a Buster system.
- Did any packages fail to upgrade? Not that I know of.
- Were there any problems with the system after upgrading? Not that I know of.
I'm failing to see what upgrade problem you are reporting. What is it that you think is going wrong during the upgrade?
