Package: upgrade-reports Severity: grave Tags: d-i Justification: renders package unusable I was working on Debian Squeeze two month ago. I could mount without any problem many USB devices : USB stick / USB drives / USB CD-Rom player. Since I upgraded my Debian to Debian Squeeze, when I plug any USB device to any of my USB ports, nothing happen. The storage devices are not mounted, the Audio-CD is not present on my desktop or in any application to read it. When I type dmesg, I see that the device is plugged or unplugged. But I looked in debian's forum and I tried to mount the different devices manually with no success. Dear reporter, Thanks for taking the time long ago to submit your upgrade report. I'm closing these reports now because the Debian releases they were reported against have reached their end-of-life (some long ago). Unfortunately it's possible that the report I'm now closing may still have relevant information for the current release (bullseye). If you believe that's the case, don't hesitate to reopen the bug, retitle it and provide further information and it will be seen during the current freeze period of Debian.
