Dear Maintainer,

   * What led up to the situation?
upgrade from buster to bullseye

wifi card is detected and corresponding realtek-firmware installed. Bluetooth
and ethernet working. Wireless interface disappeared at upgrade. network-
manager is most recent version 1.20.8-1
