Installation stop on "Configuring apt"

Hello,

I try to install Debian Tesing (http://www.debian.org/devel/debian-installer/), but when I download image debian-testing-amd64-netinst.iso , write on CD-ROM all looks ok.

Installation process hang on stage "Configure the package manager" (screenshot) and can't to finish installation. Any idea what is wrong?
