I think you need to update the initramfs for the non-rt kernel.

The command is update-initramfs -k <kernel version string>

I'm not sure about the kernel's version string, but it must be 3.2.0-3-amd64.

So try 'update-initramfs -k 3.2.0-3-amd64'

And try booting the non-rt kernel again.
