Bug#605662: upgrade-reports: removing splashy prevents booting (#512951)

reassign 605662 release-notes
retitle 605662 release-notes: splasy obsoleted, should be purge prior upgrade
tag 605662 squeeze

The same way usplash has become obsolete (#603728), splashy has been removed
from Squeeze (#599245).

Today, users must remove/purge by themselves the splashy package prior to
upgrade, or they will get issues related to KMS or #512951 (but it may be
fixed through s-p-u).

Indeed, today no package conflits with splashy.

I wonder what is the status of usplash with respect to upgrade, Holger would
you know ?
