As reported in the bug-reports of udev (http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/pkgreport.cgi?pkg=udev see: critical and grave bugs) the newer versions seem to require kernel 2.6.12+ which is not available in debian-testing, so how come udev is in testing? Regards, Eliyahu
