Strange apt behaviour
Hi All,
I've just noted that on a deb unstable machine that when I attempt to install
certain packages it is attempting to remove the only installed kernel-image
(namely 2.6.10-386). Other packages install OK but, samba & squid at least
cause apt to try to remove my kernel-image before proceeding; no kernel
replacement is listed. It looks pretty dangerous to me. Apt-get is updated,
not that it should make any difference.
Anyone know what's gone wrong here?
Cheers,
Lewis
