Bug#220555: installation-reports: Installation Try: Asus P4C800 Deluxe Mainboard + P4 2.6

Package: installation-reports
Severity: normal

Hi!

I want to install my new workstation but I can't get the debian
installer to proceed.

It boots up nicely but then it stopps while trying to load the
'ide-detect' module. The system just hangs there and i have to hardreset.

The Board has a SATA HD attached.

I hope someone can help me.
Thanks
Philipp
