Re: rtl8139 - detection and installation of two
I had a problem with a laptop rtl8139 card where the driver saw the card
fine and eth0 even came up, but it would not transmit or receive any
packets.
The problem was that I had APIC support on in the kernel. As soon as I
turned it off, the interrupt setting in /proc/interrupts went to XT-PIC
and it started working...
