I hope this isn't the case.  We need to test, as closely as
possible, the install process post-release.

Here is my understanding of the current behavior:

 * the boot-floppies set SUITE to woody,
 * base-config sets the default value of apt-setup/distribution
   to the value of SUITE, but
 * its possible values are stable, testing, and unstable, so it
   falls back to the old default, stable.

Joey, is this correct?  If so, what (if anything) can be done?
