PSM ?? (mozilla/galeon)

When I try to log into my.yahoo.com using either mozilla or galeon on an
up-to-date woody system, I get this denial message:


This document cannot be displayed unless you install the Personal
Security Manager (PSM). Download ard (sic) install PSM and try again, or
contact your system administrator.


Netscape is happy.

Could someone tap me with a cluebat please? BTW, same thing under IceWM
standalone, or Gnome/Sawfish.
