dpkg-dev was upgraded during the 'apt-get dist-upgrade'
(dpkg-dev_1.9.21_all.deb -> dpkg-dev_1.10.4_all.deb).

you mean i should remove /usr/bin/dpkg-scanpackages or something?

anyway, it works with dpkg-scanpackages.dpkg and that's good enough for me. :)
