One small change recommended for woody kernel.

Woody's kernel is configured most excellently.

One small change I would suggest (I know its kind of late :(. It was a
hard quirk to find ) is setting

CONFIG_NET_QOS = y
CONFIG_NET_ESTIMATOR = y

Not to be included for QoS diffserve and RSVP or anything, but because
the estimator (which is a part of QoS) is needed for rate estimation of
the default ingress policer. Seeing as CONFIG_NET_SCH_INGRESS is a
module, it sure would help to be able to use the estimator on the
ingress discipline.

With the present kernel, when one sets up ingress policing using an
estimator, one doesn't get any errors what-so-ever. Just all inbound
traffic is silently dropped! Of course a TBF can be used for policing,
but 90% of people (of the 0.1% that will use ingress policing :) will
just set up the default estimator and wonder what is going on.

I've just recompiled my kernel, but it would be easier if it were
already done. So This is by no means a bug, but a pie in the sky
thinkful wishing :)

And to all you woody maintainers/developers. My hat is off to your
exemplary work. Well done.

Kind Regards
Crispin Wellington
