Boot floppy 3.0.16 Test Report
Received new floppies this morning from web site.
Bundling disks into a compressed tar file is a great improvement.
It really cuts download time.
Loaded floppies thru driver-4 and configured network with fixed ip.
Script reported that network was configured but not activated.
Went to console 2 and found that network was actually active and
proceeded to download base system from debian.crosslink.net/debian.
Files appeared to be loading until message "Failure while required"
appeared.
Transcribed entries in /var/log/messages follows:
Oct 35 07:58:46 (none) user.info dbootstrap[153]: running
'/usr/bin/debootstrap --boot-floppies --arch i386 woody /target

Will try again with different download site.
