Thanks Ben. I was just testing your changes, and I still see
busybox umount leaking one loop device per mount.
[\u@\h \W]\$ mount /tmp/foo /mnt -o loop
[\u@\h \W]\$ umount /mnt
[\u@\h \W]\$ mount /tmp/foo /mnt -o loop
[\u@\h \W]\$ umount /mnt
[\u@\h \W]\$ mount /tmp/foo /mnt -o loop
[\u@\h \W]\$ umount /mnt
[\u@\h \W]\$ mount /tmp/foo /mnt -o loop
[\u@\h \W]\$ umount /mnt
[\u@\h \W]\$ mount /tmp/foo /mnt -o loop
[\u@\h \W]\$ umount /mnt
[\u@\h \W]\$ mount /tmp/foo /mnt -o loop
[\u@\h \W]\$ umount /mnt
[\u@\h \W]\$ mount /tmp/foo /mnt -o loop
Could not find a spare loop device
I'll poke at it and fix it up.
