Problem:
I'm tring to install Debian (2.1) on a old 486 computer. This computer have a SCSI-controller that is making this a bit hard. Model: Apatec, AHA-2840A/42A. I've tried every resc1440 disk I could find on this site:
ftp://ftp.lh.umu.se/pub/debian/dists/stable/main/disks-i386/current/
I've also tried with this boot options:
boot: linux root=/dev/fdo aic7xxx=noreset
boot: linux root=/dev/fdo aic7xxx=no_reset
boot: linux root=/dev/fdo aic7xxx=no_probe
Nothing works.... :(
Please help me! :) Forever greatful!

Can I write in swedish to you?
Ps. I know very little about Linux (close to nothing). I know more about computers and networks. Ds.
