The following package(s) appear to have valid removal hints,
but are still in testing for some reason:
HINTED FOR REMOVAL: openal 1:0.0.8-8
<http://release.debian.org/britney/hints/adeodato>
# 2008-07-28
# superseded by openal-soft
HINTED FOR REMOVAL: tulip 3.0.0~B6-2
<http://release.debian.org/britney/hints/pkern>
# 20080811
# low popcon, FTBFS in unstable, #479327 (indication that the FTBFS
# also applies to testing), #476008
HINTED FOR REMOVAL: varmon 1.2.0-6
<http://release.debian.org/britney/hints/pkern>
# 20080811
# maintainer cannot test fixes, package is too brittle and thus
# most probably won't work in testing anyway
The script that generates this mail tries to extract removal
reasons from comments in the britney hint files. Those comments
were not originally meant to be machine readable, so if the
reason for removing your package seems to be nonsense, it is
probably the reporting script that got confused. Please check the
actual hints file before you complain about meaningless removals.
