Dear friends of debian.ch, this is the invitation to the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the "debian.ch" association which will be held again online in a Jitsi session on Monday, June the 16th 2025 at 20:30 CEST, i.e. in two weeks. *** ZH meeting is happening regularly. IRL meeting is every first thursday;
Jitsi meet is every third thursday. Hybrid meetings are now abandonned as
not really working. Some people investigating to move to another restaurant
as St-Gallerhof seems to be causing issues (vegan/vegetarian options
become scarse, etc).
** Didier Raboud
*** A [nice BSP](https://wiki.debian.org/BSP/2023/01/ch/St-Cergue) happened at
[RHL2023](https://2023.hivernal.es/) in St-Cergue (VD). Fun
and well-organized hackers/geeks event with mostly romandie people. DDs
from Germany and France attended; small BSP attendance, but still a
success. debian.ch / Debian covered food & accom for BSP participants.
** Treasurer (Philipp Hug)
There's regular influx of donations (above 10kCHF) without any work from us.
The high legal fees amount are Debian costs for lawyers and court advance
fees in the current legal case involving a former Debian member turned
harasser. debian.ch is involved because said person lives in Switzerland.
Given the unusually high amounts from Legal Fees (in debit) and DebConf
sponsoring (in credit), this years' accounting take the latter
pending credit into account to bring the benefit to 4'766.06 CHF.

Nicolas Meylan joined the AGM, and is interested to join debian.ch as
member. As no present member had met Nicolas before, Axel proposes to
arrange for a meeting with him during summer. Adhesion is postponed.

** Next AGM: June 2024; Organizer: Axel Beckert, polling board and members to
settle on a date in early May 2024.
