Hi, at the Debian.ch Annual General Meeting 1.5 weeks ago in Bern we decided to host a Bug Squashing Party in Zurich. We decided for the weekend of 6./7. May 2017 and I already were able to confirm the CCCZH Hackerspace as venue. Unfortunately I noticed the date clash with the Linux Presentation Day (http://linux-presentation-day.de/ + http://linuxday.ch/) only today, minutes after having created https://wiki.debian.org/BSP/2017/05/ch/Zurich :-/ Luckily it won't be a location clash despite the Zurich LPD usually isn't that far away: same house, different floor and different entrance. So unless someone opposes soon, I'd nevertheless announce the BSP on the CCCZH, LUGS and debian-events-eu mailing lists. (I'll also do an announcement on debian-devel-announce as soon as a few more things have settled and we're sure that enough people will come.)
