like i said, there is resignation as actuary, and leaving the association.
resigning as actuary has taken effect immediately.
leaving the assocation works as referenced in Art. 70 Abs. 2 ZGB. if the
assocation agrees, i'm fine if the leaving takes effect immediately. the
assocation makes decisions through general assembly.
