Bug#762076: gcc-4.7: Please disable testsuite on sh4 - it has passed once

Hi!

One of the sh4 buildds just built gcc-4.7 successfully passing the testsuite,
see [1]. In order to speed up future builds, it would be great if the testsuites
for gcc-4.7 could be disabled on sh4.
