Do framebuffer (applications) work on USB-VGA adapter?

Hi,

I tested X applications on USL-5P and USB-VGA adapter.(Its
name is sain-ha-vga. It has NET2280 and SiS315E chips.)
I want to test framebuffer applications on this adapter.
I have enabled the following config.
CONFIG_FB=m
CONFIG_FB_CFB_FILLRECT=m
CONFIG_FB_CFB_COPYAREA=m
CONFIG_FB_CFB_IMAGEBLIT=m
CONFIG_FB_SIS=m
CONFIG_FB_SIS_315=y

And I built 2.6.35.11 kernel.
I installed and tested this kernel.

I can insmod sisfb.ko kernel module manualy.
But udev has not made /dev/fb0.
Do Framebuffer application work on USB-VGA adapter? And do
framebuffer work on USB-VGA adapter?
