I am now trying to run Debian on Renesas SH(sh4) CPU.

shogun FTBFS on SH4.

E: Package libatlas-base-dev has no installation candidate

sh4 does not supoprt atlas.
Could you add "!sh4" to libatlas-base-dev in Build-depends section?

And shogun does not support Renesas SH yet.
I made patch to support SH. Could you apply this patch?

By the way, I do not complete build by #568612.
When #568612 was revised, I build again, and I will check it.
