libdatetime-timezone-perl is a Perl library exposing the Olson timezone
database. This update brings the data included in the package in line
with the recent update to tzdata (in SUA 81-1).
Changes since 2015d (previously in wheezy-updates and jessie-updates)
include adjustments to the DST rules of Morocco and the Cayman Islands.
The changes for Morocco are already in effect; those for the Cayman
Islands take effect next year.
