libdatetime-timezone-perl is a Perl library exposing the Olson timezone
database. This update brings the data included in the package in line
with the recent update to tzdata (in SUA 87-1).
Changes since 2015f (previously in wheezy and jessie) include adjustments
to the DST rules of Turkey, Norfolk, Fiji and Fort Nelson (British
Columbia). The changes for Fort Nelson take effect in the near future;
those for Norfolk and Turkey are already in effect.
