Bug#1117631: openssh: Connection sharing is very sluggish.

Confirmed here as well. 10.1p1 with ControlMaster is essentially unusable
for interactive ssh, with very long pauses between every keystroke. I had
to downgrade to 10.0p1-8 to get a usable connection.
