Dear Maintainer,

Niels gave his explicit permission to drop clause 3, the "advertising" clause, from his code.
This restores the GPL compatibility.

Request if the same can be updated in this package.

According to upstream, this was fixed in OpenSSH 8.9, so I'm closing
