Bug#988258: /usr/bin/scp: Use power of two units in scp progress speed

Package: openssh-client
Version: 1:7.9p1-10+deb10u2
Severity: important
File: /usr/bin/scp
Tags: upstream

Dear Maintainer,

As it seemed to me to see in the source code the speed is calculated in power of two units but it is shown with the symbols of of power of 10 units. This is confusing. The correct thing to do would be to use the appropriate symbols: KiB, MiB, GiB, etc.
