Ah, apologies for the untimely reply - your report popped to the end of
my inbox (I'd previously missed it) due to your reply saying that it was
no longer reproducible, but somehow I didn't notice your reply first ...
anyway I guess this is moot now, but maybe useful if there's a similar
situation in the future.
