Bug#881594: openssh-sftp-server: sftp subsystem is installed in the wrong directory

openssh-sftp-server is installed in /usr/lib/openssh while openssh-server expects it in
/usr/lib/ssh. Consequentially, any client using sftp gets an EOF and closes "unexpectedly".
Workaround: cd /usr/lib; ln -s openssh ssh
