Bug#807081: openssh-server: Does not set TCP_NODELAY on X11 forward
Package: openssh-server
Version: 1:6.7p1-5
Severity: normal
Seems to me that sshd should, but does not, set TCP_NODELAY on the port
used for X11 forwarding. I am not sure about other forwarded ports;
sshd seems to set TCP_NODELAY and also IPTOS_LOWDELAY on the "command"
connection only.
Quoting from
http://www.openssh.com/txt/release-3.1
- TCP_NODELAY set on X11 and TCP forwarding endpoints
Is this a bug that could be fixed?
Thanks, Paul
