I also get this error from another machine with openssh-client 1:6.9p1-2,
but randomly. When typing Ctrl-D, I either get:
Connection to ypig.lip.ens-lyon.fr closed by remote host.
Connection to ypig.lip.ens-lyon.fr closed.
or
packet_write_wait: Connection to UNKNOWN: Broken pipe
But this error seems quite recent.
